Appointment Policy

Please try to arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment.

We are very careful in keeping our schedule on time, so that it is unusual for you to be seen more than a few minutes past your scheduled time.

Arriving early allows you to rest a few minutes and allow your pulses to calm for the visit. When a patient rushes to make an appointment, it disturbs the qi and pulse.

We want to make sure that you benefit fully from a complete treatment session, and this is another reason to come a little early.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

You can contact us from WhatsApp or Chat if you need to contact us when we are closed.

Because we do not double-book patients, when you fail to arrive for an appointment a hole is created in our schedule.

Patients who have acute problems or need to be seen the same day may be inconvenienced or denied treatment.

We understand that there are unavoidable emergencies and inconveniences in everyone’s life, but repeated problems keeping appointments will result in dismissal from the practice.

Cancellation fee (50% of the treatment menu) applies to appointments cancelled without 24 hours’ notice.

After Treatment

Taking good care of your body is essential if you are trying to benefit fully from acupuncture treatment.

Acupuncture treatment enhances your self-healing mechanism.

Therefore, your lifestyle will also affect your rate of improvement. A healthy lifestyle leads to better healing.

Internal Bleeding

In rare cases, it’s possible that you find a bruise on the areas where the needles were inserted.

On some occasions, you may feel a little discomfort remaining around such places.

The discomfort will usually not last for more than a few hours and the bruise will disappear in less than a week.
